I honestly cannot recommend Hayley enough! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so comfortable, welcome and at ease. She is such a lovely, kind and approachable person, and it is clear how passionate and knowledgeable she is about what she does.
Hayley was incredibly helpful, completely honest and took the time to genuinely listen to all of my concerns. I really appreciated how thoroughly she explained everything and made sure I understood my skin issues, rather than just recommending treatments. Her honesty, knowledge and genuine care made such a difference to my experience.
I would 100% recommend the facial skin analysis to anyone who wants to understand their skin better. It was so informative and gave me a much clearer understanding of my skin concerns, what might be causing them and what I can do to work towards achieving my desired results.
